Leadership for Change Awards – Call for Nominations

For more than twenty years, we have been inspired by one success story after another. We would like to share some of those stories with you and invite you to share your stories with us.

On October 22, 2010, LeaderSpark will hold its annual “I’ve Never ...” fundraising event to recognize youth and adults who have inspired, supported and mentored others. We think they deserve a round of applause for working to give future leaders access to enriching opportunities and experiences!

Nomination Criteria
Nominees should meet one or more of the following criteria:

• Dedicates time and energy to achieve the leadership development of youth in their community.
• Dedicates time and energy to the improvement of their community.
• Serves as a community role model for youth
• Has an inspirational story of achievement against the odds

Categories for Nomination

• Youth: through 17 years of age
• Young Adult: 18 to 25 years of age
• Adult: 26 years of age and older

Deadline and Submission Information

Nomination form is HERE.

Electronic Submission:

Must be in Microsoft Word or .txt format, 1 inch margins, at least 10 pt. font
Must be no longer than two pages (not including cover sheet)
Must be submitted by Monday, July 26, 2010
